My birthday was Thanksgiving day this year…kind of fitting as I’ve so much to be thankful for! A wonderful family, great friends and so many blessings I often forget what they all are.

EUGENE GOT A BIG 12 POINT BUCK!
You always hear those “big buck stories” about that big one that got away and you always say to yourself, Yea… I bet it’d have serious ground shrinkage if they really shot it! However, this one.. it’s really BIG, so I guess you can put some stock in those stories after all!

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving trip to Port Aransas. Was abit on the chilly side but we bundled up and walked the beach and fed the seagulls. We watched the dolphins swimming and marveled at all the different looking seashore birds. Then the guys went fishing and us gals shopped those ‘great’ seashell shops! We all ate bunches of good food and went to the candy shop to get some of the ‘they call it Good candy’, and of course ate Whataburger on Thanksgiving day! We played games and I found you get sore when you play air hockey! 
Thanksgiving at the coast, my birthday on Thanksgiving day this year AND my Grandson born just two days before my birthday. Life is just pretty good!

He’s here and he’s cute! Nov. 20th at 1:55 a.m. He weighs 9 lb. 1 oz. & 22″ long.

IT’S OUR WILD LITTLE TIGGER!!

I got to keep Brianna and Lorien for a bit today so thought we’d try some fall photos. Two kids and two kitty cats are just too cute!

Green Froggie
I’ve a green tree frog that lives on my banana tree. I’ve never seen one before except in zoos. I guess it arrived on my banana tree when I bought it early in the spring. My tree has tripled in size & this little frog never leaves
