We pulled our camper out for several days during spring break. With freezing weather and snow the week before and now heavy rains and colder weather again this week – we sure got blessed on the week we went. Was 90 on friday and simply beautiful both friday and saturday. We sure enjoyed just getting to relax and do nothing! The highlight of the trip was saturday when my whole bunch came out and we had fun spending the afternoon together.

Nothing like a campfire and two uncles to finish off an good day. You know life doesn’t get much better than a day at the lake. Wading your feet, wetting a hook, shrimp boil, and company of loved ones. Isn’t it so true that the best things in life are the simple things!!
Isn’t Tigger cute?! Poor thing last night he decided to jump on the fireplace. He didn’t perch there long but he ended up with tender feet. Thankfully, they are better today! He never thinks before he acts…he is a real goofy kitty!
