FATHERS DAY

Our kiddos took their Daddy and me out for an afternoon of fun for Fathers Day. We ate out at Dickeys BQ for supper and it was really good. Next, we played the funnest but slowest game of putt-putt at Lions Park. All of us played as one group and that was neat. Brianna & Lorien & Rohan stayed busy putting their balls in the holes. They really likes the magic kind that the ball disappears and drops out onto the next level. The one that eats the balls when the game is over may not of been quite a big of a favorite! Then we snacked on cookies & fed the many kitty cats that hang out there and come up and beg when you eat something! We had lots of fun being with all our children & grandkids!! We Love Ya’ll Bunches & Bunches!!

Happy 93rd Birthday

Grandma Clements celebrated her 93rd birthday this last week and we all partied with her saturday night. Happy Birthday Grandma!!

There are several years difference between Grandma at 93 years and Rohan at 6 months!!

We braved the heat and the chiggars saturday and celebrated Bobs birthday at Riverside Park. Cooked out burgers, chicken & hotdogs. Lorien ate 4 hotdogs..minus the bun!! We had homemade ice cream and a big cookie… everything was delicious and was fun. However, I sure wish we could of pulled a miss on them chiggars!! I think I’ve as many as Lorien. I did think it kind of funny that Brianna only ended up with 2 or 3 of them and they are giving her as much grief as all of Loriens!!

ZOO

Suzanne and I went to the ZOO last week. Being the “Smart Folks” that we are we decided to go after lunch. Being native Texans you would think we would of known it would be rather hot!! Of course, I really don’t think “Rather Hot” even begins to explain how HOT it was! But, we still had fun and we spent most of the time at the water playground.

Texas Summertime, hot kiddos and water isn’t a bad combination!!
